Balanced and fruity, a champagne for any occasion, it is great for celebrations and parties. Made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, this Champagne is the result from a blend of reserve wines and from 2003 and 2004 vintage wines. It has a fruity nose, evoking poached pears. You rediscover the fruit on the palate which is lively and well integrated. Our champagne is delivered from the Vineyard in perfect condition, a condition we maintain through a regulated temperature environment.

Composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. This is all 2004 with older reserve wines. 30 year old vines, Pinot Noir comes from Ay and Mareuil-sur-Ay and the Chardonnay comes from Cramant, Oger and Vertus. Dosage 9gm/litre. Lovely lingering mousse, round and supple with a gentle acid finish. Very approachable now. Drink this while waiting for their other wines to mature.
